Your data

By sending the form you explicitly consent to CannaCards processing your name, phone number, country and language to arrange the callback. Because the request may relate to a possible offence, this consent covers data under Articles 9 and 10 GDPR. Your name and number are deleted 30 days after the request is handed off or closed, and at the latest 90 days after you send it. A salted fingerprint of your number, the country, the language, the status and the timestamps stay for 12 months, so that the free first callback remains one per person and requests can be counted; if a case opens with the lawyer, the lawyer keeps their own file.
