Review the final operator details, service terms, and payment availability during enrollment. Medical services are separate and await clinical partner confirmation.

CannaCards is designed to hold membership, contact, delivery, and service-routing information. Medical intake and clinical records remain with the independent clinical provider.

Private callback messages and voicemail may contain sensitive information. Only authorized staff and the assigned legal provider may access them. Public QR scans show card validity only, without names, messages, or medical information.

The planned retention period for messages and voicemail is 30 days after a case closes, subject to agreed provider obligations. Payment and operational records follow the applicable retention schedule.

Your contact details support enrollment and service messages. We do not use advertising trackers in the member experience. Contact and data-rights details will be published before accepting personal data in production.
