Privacy and your information

CannaCards holds membership, contact, delivery and service-routing information. With your consent, CannaCards stores encrypted medical questionnaire answers for the assigned clinical provider. Lawyers and card-fulfillment staff cannot access these health answers. Clinical treatment records remain with the clinical provider.

For a Schengen travel certificate, CannaCards stores the details the official form requires, encrypted: name, date and place of birth, nationality, sex, identity document number, address, travel dates and the prescribed medication, together with your prescription. Only the doctor assigned to complete your form can open them, and they are used for nothing else.

The back of your card prints your surname, given names and date of birth, as you enter them at checkout or in your account, with your member reference, card number, expiry and the issuer. We use your date of birth only for the card and to confirm that members are 18 or older. It is not sent to the payment provider; the card printer receives it only as part of the card artwork. Public QR scans never show it. If you switch on the patient title, a card printed while you hold a current prescription carries it on the front, and card-fulfillment staff and the card printer see it as part of the card artwork.

Legal callback messages and voicemail may contain sensitive information. Only authorized staff and the assigned legal provider may access them. Public QR scans show card validity only, without names, messages or medical information.

The planned retention period for legal support messages and voicemail is 30 days after a case closes, subject to agreed provider obligations. Questionnaire retention is disclosed in the clinical intake information; treatment-record retention follows the clinical provider’s policy. Payment and operational records follow the applicable retention schedule.

Your contact details support enrollment and service messages. We do not use advertising trackers in the member or medical-intake experience, and questionnaire answers are not used for advertising. Optional website analytics: if you agree, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to our homepage, service, policy pages and guide index. We do not load Google Analytics before you agree or on accounts, enrollment, detailed guides, legal or medical journeys. We send a standard public page name and address, without query strings, fragments, form contents or referring URLs. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or account identifiers. Advertising features are disabled. Google receives technical connection information when analytics loads. Your choice and analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Use “Privacy choices” to refuse or withdraw consent and remove these cookies. Withdrawing stops future collection; it does not erase reports already received by Google.

If you allowed analytics and start or complete a membership checkout, our server tells Google Analytics that a checkout started or was paid, with the amount and a random order reference, linked to your analytics cookie and campaign tags. Medical assessments are never reported.
