Membership and service terms

Membership costs €60 per year including applicable taxes. It includes a digital card, one physical card with standard delivery in all 50 listed countries, and one initial legal consultation of up to 30 minutes each membership year.

Membership renews annually, with a renewal reminder and self-service cancellation of future renewals. Further legal work, medical consultations, and replacement cards are separately agreed.

Legal support covers all 50 listed countries in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Czech, German, Turkish, and Polish. Requests are routed by the country where the legal matter takes place. The six-hour callback commitment includes nights and weekends.

The card and its public QR verify private membership only. They do not independently establish patient status, a prescription, permission to possess or carry cannabis, or a right binding police or other authorities. The card is not government ID or insurance and does not guarantee a legal outcome.

A medical assessment costs €60 once and does not require annual membership. The questionnaire and booking take place on CannaCards; the clinical provider, review timeframe, consent and follow-up terms are shown before payment. Only a qualified doctor may issue a prescription after approving treatment; payment guarantees neither approval nor prescribing. A downloadable PDF is a copy of an issued document, not automatically a valid dispensing e-prescription or paper original. Medication and separately priced follow-up are excluded unless expressly included. Paper copies require clinician permission, with availability, delivery and any fee confirmed before ordering.

Any travel-document service is separate and requires confirmation of eligibility, scope and price before ordering. Where the Article 75 Schengen procedure applies, the doctor completes the certificate and the competent authority certifies it before travel; the certificate is valid for no more than 30 days. Requirements depend on the medicine, country of residence, destination, transit countries and travel dates. Neither membership nor a document copy is a universal travel permit or a guarantee of acceptance.

A partner card is a second numbered card for one named partner on the same account. With standard membership it costs €30 per year including applicable taxes. The partner card does not add a consultation. Both cards end with the membership.

Referral credit: when a person you refer enters your 8-character referral code at checkout and their first membership year is paid, you receive €15 off your next annual renewal. Credits are capped at four per membership year, which equals a free renewal. Credits apply to the referrer’s next renewal only and are not paid out.

Six-hour guarantee: if no qualified lawyer calls back within six elapsed hours of a request where active coverage is confirmed, the member’s next membership year is free. A 100% credit for the next 12-month renewal is applied automatically; on request, a refund of the current membership year is issued instead of the credit. One credit per request. Active coverage means an active membership, a listed country and language, and an unused consultation for the membership year.
