Membership and service terms

Review the final operator details, service terms, and payment availability during enrollment. Medical services are separate and await clinical partner confirmation.

Membership costs €60 per year including applicable taxes. It includes a digital card, one physical card with standard delivery in all 50 listed countries, and one initial legal consultation of up to 30 minutes each membership year.

Membership renews annually, with a renewal reminder and self-service cancellation of future renewals. Further legal work, medical consultations, and replacement cards are separately agreed.

Legal support covers all 50 listed countries in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and Czech. Requests are routed by the country where the legal matter takes place. The six-hour callback commitment includes nights and weekends.

The card is private membership identification. It is not a government document, prescription, travel authorization, insurance policy, or guarantee of a legal outcome. Country-specific consumer terms, cancellation rights, and provider details must be finalized before sales open.
