Keep three questions separate: do you need membership support, a clinician to assess treatment, or documents for a journey? CannaCards membership addresses the first. Ask the clinical provider about medical records and the relevant authority about travel requirements.
When comparing services, request a clear description of the deliverable. “Card”, “certificate”, “consultation” and “prescription” should not be treated as interchangeable products. Save the description and the agreed price before proceeding.
Medical access depends on the product and country
EUDA distinguishes authorised cannabis-derived medicines from preparations supplied through national access arrangements. The term “medical cannabis” does not identify one uniform product or access route throughout Europe.

Ask about dispensing separately
Your Europe explains that medicines may have different names or availability abroad and that the dispensing country applies its own rules. Ask the intended pharmacy about your exact prescription; do not assume a card settles dispensing requirements.
For a medical assessment, prepare your questions for the clinician: who will assess you, what does the appointment cost, how are records handled, and what happens if treatment is not recommended?

What the €60 membership includes
CannaCards costs €60 per year including applicable taxes. It includes a digital membership card, one physical QR card with standard delivery and one initial legal consultation of up to 30 minutes per membership year.
For a covered request, a qualified lawyer calls back within six elapsed hours from original receipt, including nights and weekends. Further legal work is agreed separately. Membership activates only after successful payment and renews annually, with future renewals cancellable in the account.
Medical consultations are a separate next step
Clinical partner details are still pending and CannaCards medical booking is not yet available. When a provider is configured for your country, its own intake, payment and records process will handle the medical appointment.
A consultation fee pays for an assessment, not a promised prescription. The clinician makes treatment decisions. Do not send your medical history in a public card scan or assume that a membership purchase reserves an appointment.

Common questions
Is CannaCards an official medical cannabis card?
No. It is a private membership card. Its QR code verifies card validity; it does not establish a diagnosis, prescription or legal permission to possess cannabis.
Does joining guarantee a prescription?
No. Medical services are separate and currently await provider confirmation. Any future prescription depends on the clinician’s assessment and applicable requirements.
Can I use the membership card as a travel certificate?
No. Keep membership identification, medical documents and any required travel certificate separate. Use the travel guide to prepare questions for the relevant authority.
